-All Clients of LorelaiFawn MUST follow this terms of service/guidelines-By commissioning LorelaiFawn you agree to these terms prior to paying for their services.-If TOS is broken/guidelines are NOT followed, you may be subjected to being black-listed from being able to commission LorelaiFawn again.
- Commercial use includes: Using the commission for streaming purposes, merchandise, logos, and reselling prints or copies of the art or using a designed character or adoptable for streaming such as Vtubing.- There will always be a commercial fee on my commissions to allow you to use it for commercial purposes. It will be 100% of the original price added onto the original price.- There are times where a listing or commission will have the commercial usage included! Some adopts I sell can have it included, Vtubers and PNGtubers will automatically have it included, same for emotes!- DO NOT use the commission you order from me for commercial purposes UNLESS you pay the commercial fee. Again, some will have it included.- If you have received a Live 2D model from me in the past, do not re-sell multiple files of the model. You may resell it once if you no longer want to use it. This is the only situation where I am uncomfortable to allow you to re-sell multiple files or versions of. You may create prints to sell of the model but not the model itself.- Any free art such as art trades or raffles are not to be used for any commercial usage at all.
- I ONLY accept PayPal, VGen or payment through Kofi.- Payments need to be at least half of the price, up front. I will NOT work on your commission until I at least have half of the price received. Full price up front is your decision and is appreciated, but not required.- Prices on commissions will vary depending on the level of effort required by me to finish it. It is dependent on what you're asking for. My prices and varient degrees of what level of detail I am willing to do, will be available on my VGen.- I will refund you if I do not complete your commission. I will not refund you if you simply "change your mind" even if I haven't started, I will not refund if the commission is already being worked on or is finished.- If you refuse to pay at least half of the price up front, you will most likely be black-listed, and I will not argue or push for you to do something you don't want to do. Just know, we won't work together for that commission or future commissions. We have to understand that I need some sort of proof that I am not drawing for free and won't be scammed out of my work.
- I can decline your request for any reason- I can cancel at any time and refund you- You CANNOT change your idea of the commission once you have requested it.- You CANNOT change multiple things in the commission. You WILL however, have chances to change things 3 times. You may ask for edits or changes at the sketching stage and the flat color stage. At the final stage you may ask for small edits or changes.- You CANNOT edit or change the art YOURSELF.- DO NOT under any circumstances, run my art into an AI software or app. If I've found out you have done that, YOU WILL BE BLACK-LISTED.
- Request your commission through messaging or VGen- I will NEVER reach out to you to ask of you to commission me, if "I" do, it is NOT me and is most likely a bot or scammer.- Your commission request will take me time to do, give me a week to start on it, and 3-4 more weeks to finish. I will update you on your commission and my progress as I work on it.- If your commission is more detailed, and more effort, it may take longer.- I do NOT do short deadlines, deadline must be 2-3 months prior if you have one.- With this information here, please do not spam me with messages asking when your commission will be done, I get stressed and unmotivated from the pressure.

- Alcoholic beverages, (leave trauma and venting out of it)
- Scars are okay, (again, no venting or trauma)
